In this cartoon, Mickstup Mouse is attending a lecture where the lecturer rhetorically asks the class if anyone can define in what way the behaviour of SANE people differs from that of people who are mentally ill. Student: Yes! Mentally ill people are required to behave normally, whereas sane people can behave exactly as they please!
